I decided to try something different — sleep like a normal person, lying down instead of sitting up. (I had been sleeping sitting up for 1 1/2 years to avoid pain in my shoulders). It worked fine. No pain and I woke up fewer times. Nice to be getting back to normal. The Home Depot…
