Slept 10 hours. After shake and exercises, prepared for my CT scan. Then Played piano. Had lunch and my lay-down.
Then drove to Salisbury for the scan. Quick and easy. Went to Sam’s to stock up on coffee, frozen fish, frozen berries.
At home, did hip exercises, meditation, and had a warm-up supper. Watched the news, ‘State Circle’, ‘Art’ (photography), continued ‘I Will Find You’.
Slept well. After shake and exercises, started to make pumpkin bread. I discovered I was short of sugar. Drove to ‘Food Lion’, then continued making bread.
After lunch and lay-down, talked to my neighbor, who had interesting neighborhood news. Then I went to Planet Fitness, emptiest I’d ever seen it, all treadmills (20 +) not being used. I got everything I wanted.
At home I did piano, hip exercises, meditation, showered and cooked salmon. Finished ‘I Will Find You’ (outstanding, ended happily, amazing) and started ‘Nanny Diaries” (1907) on Amazon.
Slept well. Sunday. After shake and exercises, still was not able to get video streaming my Delaware church. I sent an email to the minister.
Then I streamed my Pittsburgh church — guest speaker on history of LGBTQ movement. (Never heard any of this before). Did my emails. Then streamed my Denver church. The minister gave an excellent sermon on ‘The Limits of Tolerance.’
After lunch and lay-down, as I was watering my newly planted boxwood (daily task), I noticed a large box on my porch. I knew what it was. My Denver son had ordered a new beach cart — very heavy. I noticed my neighbor’s son was visiting, so texted him. He was so fast and strong. Big help.
I watched the Ravens / Saints football game on and off for the afternoon. Blogged. Did hip exercises. Played piano. Made zucchini Italian style. Watched the news, ’60 Minutes’ Finished ‘Nanny Diaries’.
