I am really tired today. I’ve had a rash on my arms, thighs, and feet, which started in VA. I took an anti-histamine tablet which seemed to help.
I grocery shopped at Walmart, noticed they had bison, so I bought a pound. An article I read said it was always grass fed.
Later I talked to my Denver family. I was strongly recommending they take the book, “David and Goliath’, out of the library and read the hundred pages on dyslexia. Not as bad a situation as I had imagined. (my grandson has ADHD and dyslexia.
I watched the Eagles – Bills football game. What a nail-biter! The Eagles won just at the end. Having lived in the Philadelphia suburbs for a few years, I was happy.
I set my alarm for 6:30 AM because my cleaning people were coming at 8:30. (I need wake up time in the morning). My rash was almost gone after more overnight anti-histamine. I didn’t realize how much English my cleaners didn’t know until I asked them how old their grandson was. Heads shook in incomprehension. They do a great cleaning job.
I went to the gym. Only 2 recumbent bikes were available, but were being used. I tried a sit-high bike and quickly realized it caused my knees to hurt. Soon a recumbent was freed up.
Afterwards I returned a smoke detector to Home Depot. My grandson didn’t need to replace the old one, just insert a new battery.
After lunch and lay-down, I blogged. 4 days off my usual diet had cause nature to back me up, probably because of salt. Milk of Magnesia finally came through. I was relieved.
